Traditional: Fundamental package
Perfect for you if you:
- Can follow a consistent weekly training schedule or need help getting into a consistent training pattern
- Can follow the Standard or Mega race plan without too many changes to the schedule
- Can self-pace the off-the-bike planning modules
- Value self-reliance while benefiting from professional guidance
- Feel at ease connecting through digital channels
- NOTE: more places available but are not endless, once my capacity is reached, no packages will be sold
Traditional: Advanced package
Perfect for you if:
- Your training schedule is unpredictable
- Need more in-depth input and more regular discussion
- Are preparing to perform at the highest level
- Need additional guidance on Bikepacking, including gear choices, nutrition plans, and route planning
- Are preparing for one of the Mega races or looking for a more detailed coach input with analysis via the WKO system
- NOTE: places are capped
Race plan
IIf your race is confirmed:
- Option 1: switch from the Foundation Module, 6 months needed
- Option 2: start with the plan 6-9 months needed
What do you get:
- A plan based on the race benchmark
- All aspects of training considered for the event
- Workouts delivered via Training Peaks, with coach feedback
- Race plan content and actionable tasks delivered via an online platform with coach overview of your progress and planning
Foundation module
If your race is not confirmed:
- The Foundation module will get you started
- Provides 3 months of training
Can help:
- Settle you into a consistent training schedule
- Provide a stepping stone into the Race packages if you need a development plan
- Make use of the pre-race period for a solid block of training while you wait for your race confirmations
- This will form the base of your training where you can build into the race plan of your choice
This plan can be used for training for 1 or more races in the year or are doing one of the mega races and want to use a traditional style of coaching where the calls are 1:1.
Perfect for you if you:
- Follow a consistent weekly training schedule
- Experience with organised training programs
- History of or ability to maintain consistent training patterns
- Value self-reliance while benefiting from professional guidance
- Feel at ease connecting through digital channels
- NOTE: places are limited
- Recommended duration of coaching is 9 months or Foundation module + 6 months

- Bikepacking specific structured training plan delivered via Training Peaks
- Feed back given in Training Peaks
- Race prep basics with prompts for preparation

- Training for one of the big races that needs more planning
- You need to plan your own route
- You have a busy race schedule with 3 or more races in the calendar year
- The Mountain Races, Tour Divide, TCR and Via race are some of the races in this category

- Need regular guidance and feedback from a coach
- Are preparing to perform at the highest level
- Need additional guidance on Bikepacking, including gear choices, nutrition plans, and route planning
- Are preparing for one of the Mega races or looking for a more detailed coach input with analysis via the WKO system
- NOTE: places are limited
- Recommended duration of coaching is 9 months or Winter module + 6 months

Suitable for:
- Training while you wait for race confirmation
- Need a winter training block
- Your next race is not yet confirmed but you want to keep to a structured plan
Perfect for you if you:
- Are new to structured training and want to set yourself up for the race season
- Need a 3 month base block before committing to a package
- Do not have a history of or ability to maintain consistent training patterns
Package includes:
- Structured training plan delivered via Training Peaks
- Feed back given in Training Peaks
- Offers two different levels of training:
- getting started with structured training (Aspiring)
- existing base of fitness requiring a higher level of training development (Seasoned)
Suitable for:
- Existing clients with a good track record of training adherence
Perfect for you if you:
- Are looking to build on the first year of training with more advanced training blocks
- Need ongoing coaching advice and have race goals you are hoping to achieve in the second year of training
Note places are limited and continuous coaching cannot be guaranteed. You will be able to continue with some of the modular plans if places are not available. Additional modular blocks are available to existing clients and not advertised publicly.
