Traditional coaching is stand-alone, while the Training Blocks and Races Plans dovetail with each other and offer a flexible level of coach time.

Traditional - Fundamental

- Training for 1 or 2 races per year or 1 mega race.
Perfect for you if you:
- Follow a consistent weekly training schedule
- Experience with organised training programs
- History of or ability to maintain consistent training patterns
- Value self-reliance while benefiting from professional guidance
- Feel at ease connecting through digital channels

Package includes:
- Bikepacking specific structured training plan delivered via Training Peaks
- Feed back given in Training Peaks
- Race prep basics with prompts for preparation
Traditional - Advanced

Perfect for you if:
- Your training schedule is unpredictable
- Need more frequent guidance and input from a coach
- Are preparing to perform at the highest level
- Need expert guidance on Bikepacking, including gear choice, help with fuelling, route planning, race strategy or historic performance analysis to drive future training
- Are preparing for one of the Mega races and need more detailed coach input
- NOTE: places are limited
- Recommended duration of coaching is 9-12 months or Winter module + 6 months

Response time is during normal working hours - 08:00-17:00 CET Monday to Friday. During the coach's holiday, clients will be guided how to self-manage. Coach holidays will be advertised on Training Peaks. Planning will be done in advance to cover the holiday period.

Route creation
Route creation or route research is a key element for bikepacking races. Tasks for action will be included in the training plan. For set route races, your tasks will be part of the route book creation.

End date
For those on the Race Plan, coaching will end at the agreed date after the last race of the season, with a minimum of one month's notice. Coaching does not automatically extend beyond this date, unless by agreement with the coach. For those on the Continuous Coaching programme, one month's notice is required.
